Our newest girl; Olivia is so much enjoying the outdoor life and with now fear at all she has taken this new world in her possession. Blog Image

After a long period of recovering after an infection she is finally back on track again although she still needs some time to gain her weight.

6 weeks tomorrow!

The OLIVERS LitterPosted by Kirsten 2007-12-21 21:04

Time goes fast and the kittens keep both us and mom Honey busy.

They all eat well but breastfeeding is still the favorite. They have grown a lot and look more and more like little miniatures’ of Ocicats. When not sleeping they run and jump like flees. It took a while but Mom Honey has come to terms with that and knows that sooner or later they get tired and goes to sleep for a couple of hours.

The names are decided so here I present to you:

Kittens on photo session!

The OLIVERS LitterPosted by Kirsten 2007-11-26 20:28

Time goes fast and yesterday the kittens turned 2 weeks. It is amazing how fast they develop and learn the basic things. Food and sleeping is of cause still the main ting but when they open there eyes and look around, and start to hear, things goes like “full speed ahead”.

We mange’s to get some new photos to day but as you can see, mom Honey didn’t like that at all. She jump in an out of the kitten’s residence and tried to rescue them all, one by one.

We did the session fast, and I’m glad that we live in the digital world, happy for the fact that there is no is no limit in how many photos you can get. Most of all, I don’t have to tell anyone how many I throw I the trash can. Blog Image

Honey and her babies!

The OLIVERS LitterPosted by Kirsten 2007-11-22 18:28

Honey from our first litter has become a mom for the first time. Four beautiful babies in four different colors.

At this time we are not quite sure about the sex on all of them, but we know that the chocolate silver is a boy. The cinnamon is a girl, an so is the ebony. It still remains to determine the tawny one… one day it is a boy… the next it is a girl smiley

To day the Jazz litter is seven weeks old. Josefine is a wonderful mom. Here are some photos of here while she is giving Count some extra attention.

While his siblings are busy eating, Count seems to enjoy the extra care from his mom.

Playing!

Jazz litter.Posted by Kirsten 2007-03-29 00:35

To day I had set to mind that a picture of all four of them together would have been nice. That is not an easy job, so we had to play with them, and here is the result of the project. All looking the same way: up! smiley
